    TikTok’s US business would be controlled by an investor consortium including Oracle, Silver Lake and Andreessen Horowitz under a framework being finalized by US and Chinese officials, according to a Wall Street Journal report.

        Probably the same as Key did, replace the elected Council with a commissioner. The pesky election might delay it a bit, but the noose will be swinging in front of the new council and chair. How Canterbury politics will play out through next year's election could be fun, good local issue for Lab / Green / TPM to exploit.

    The Hon Winston Peters has decided to portray the Hon David Seymour as a not so astute deputy PM who does not appreciate the finer things in life, being better dressed and dining out with style – that and understanding procedure and standing or status in matters of governance.

    PS The message being, stay silent in matters of diplomacy and international relations, given Atlas Network is a creature of mammon and does not prepare its agents for nation state leadership.

    The large study it’s based on was written in 2024, received September 7, 2024, and accepted for publication by the journal PNAS on August 8, 2025, so before the recent assassination.
