    Sues some journos for $25 billion because he believes they defamed him. Setting aside the crazy amount of money, this is the clown who has spent most of his adult life maliciously defaming all manner of people often for no viable reason whatsoever.

    Bondi appeared on Hannity, where Sean Hannity asked about the limits of freedom of speech. In her response, Bondi cited the case of an Office Depot employee in Michigan, who, in a viral video, refused a customer’s request to print flyers for the vigil. Office Depot issued a statement on Friday saying that “the associate involved is no longer with the organization.”

    The attorney general said that the employee’s actions may constitute a prosecutable offense:

    I think yesterday or today, Sean, a school board member right here in Virginia had to resign because she said horrible things about Charlie Kirk and that he deserved to die. That’s horrific. It’s free speech, but you shouldn’t be employed anywhere if you’re gonna say that.

    And employers, you, have to have an obligation to get rid of people. You need to look at people who are saying horrible things. And they shouldn’t be working with you. Businesses cannot discriminate. If you wanna go in and print posters with Charlie’s pictures on them for a vigil, you have to let them do that. We can prosecute you for that. I have Harmeet Dhillon right now in our civil rights unit looking at that immediately, that Office Depot had done that. We’re looking it up.

    It is unclear if Bondi was talking about charges against Office Depot, the former employee, or both.

    Shanan Halbert is the Labour spokesperson on Auckland issues. He ran the recent Tamaki Makaurau by election campaign.

    Today in politics Te Pāti Māori co-leader Rawiri Waititi would only respond to media questions in te reo Maori on his first public appearance at Parliament (Maori enough MP Tākuta Ferris …?).

    So Labour MP Shanan Halbert said

    he speaks English and a “bit of te reo Maori”, went as far as to say Te Pati Māori was “starting to create an exclusive bunch of Māoris” and it was important “at a personal level we speak both languages”.

    “What’s important to me is that we include all Māoris in their te reo journey.

    One of the few things I know about te reo Maori is it does not have the letter s (or letter b or letter d, which I thought was an entre/entree to a good joke about Maori not living on the sea bed, this is just where they lay their hooks if they want to pull up fish for food where they breathe oxygen) and the word Maori is both singular and plural.

    Shanan Halbert's journey may take a while.

      Good to hear the first part. Access to clean fresh drinking water is a basic human right and should not be monetised under any circumstances.
